Job Description Survey

The Job Description Survey is a software design process whereby a Manager using the current job description, can create a hiring benchmark for your open position(s). You will be emailed a Hiring Benchmark Report that offers a detailed profile of the work-related abilities, interests, motivations and personality traits of top performers in the position. The Hiring Benchmark Report provides Job Fit data about the requirements of the job and it can be used to supplement, organize and analyze the information provided in résumés, background checks, and/or the interview. The Hiring Benchmark Report is customized to address the unique requirements of this specific job within your organization.Your answers should only reflect the Job Specified and Not the Candidate.
