| Client Confidentiality |
We clearly understand what Confidentiality
requires. All client information, including business names and contacts,
are guarded as Confidential as required by Professional Ethics and Standards.
We are liable for malpractice litigation if we breach confidentiality with any
of our clients. Being regulated in this manner, assures clients that they
can comfortably confide even the most sensitive information with us knowing that
we will never breach their trust. We do not publish a client list or a
testimonial list or reveal any client names. Business references are made
available after we obtain permission for you to contact any of our clients.
The same courtesy will
apply to you.

| Informed Consent |
We obtain Informed Consent from our clients prior to providing services. Consent
is usually obtained in written form via a contract or letter of
engagement. Informed consent requires that
clients clearly understand:
- service purpose and methods used
- service tools and technologies used
- expected dates of delivery
- fee arrangement

Scientific
Methods |
Scientific method implies that there is an expected outcome and
a clearly defined method to be implemented. It also requires that certain
principles of measurement be adhered to so that results are easily
observed and documented. The primary contribution of scientific methods to any business is that the results obtained can be repeated or
replicated with a high degree of consistency. Using the most reliable
and valid measurements available is a fundamental
requirement that is often overlooked by many consulting organizations,
to the detriment of business clients who wish to leverage or replicate
specific outcomes. We expect medical practitioners to use
reliable assessments that provide accurate metrics prior to making a serious
decision about an expensive surgery or medical procedure. Why should business managers tolerate assessments and
metrics of questionable reliability or validity prior to making serious
decisions about new hires or making large training investments.
|
Outcome Evaluations |
Outcomes need to be monitored, measured and documented, so that clients can
determine the cost-benefits obtained and their return on
investment. Without outcome evaluation, no one can determine whether
the organization moved forward or backward as a result of the service or
strategy.
Outcome evaluation is essential feedback for both the client and the consultant.

| Integrity
|
Integrity is more than knowing the right thing to
do in a specific circumstance.
It is not saying the right things or expressing the latest
buzzwords, or jumping on the latest fads or
bandwagons. Integrity is consistently doing
the ethical thing. Integrity is a
character quality that cannot be easily trained or guaranteed with educational degrees or certificates.
Integrity is developed over a life time of
challenges and choices. Integrity is central to our service brand, and it
builds long term relationships.

Integration of Research
and Practice |
In many fields today there is a large chasm between research and practice.
Best practices
in any discipline requires an integration of published research findings
with tried and tested field methods. Not to take advantage of the
available body of human capital research, would be a serious error of omission.
Just as there are standards of care that require physicians to use treatment
methods that are consistent with current and readily available medical
knowledge, businesses can expect their consultants to leverage the most recent
and available body of knowledge and practices.
|
| Open and Frank Communications |
Many times it is easier not to say the challenging thought or
clarify the brutal facts or provide the candid response. We have been
trained not to question the status quo, tradition or
authorities. Innovation is in great demand in today's market and often the
best pathway to innovation lies outside the boxes of tradition and status quo.
We believe that the strongest
client relationships and the best client outcomes develop from open and frank communications,
even though occasional conflicts will emerge. Open feedback and candid communications
goes both ways, between the consultant and the client and vice versa.

| Standards of Excellence |
High standards of excellence are the hallmark of good
service. High standards of
excellence apply to service performance expectations, business processes
and methods, assessment tools and technologies, training and coaching supports and to
personal accountability.
